Deskripsi MK       : This course discusses strategic issues related to compensation
issues, concepts and techniques for determining the amount of compensation based on the principle of internal and external consistency, taking into account various aspects stemming from the contributions made by members of the organization, as well as discussing various kinds of benefits and welfare that can be provided to members of the organization, by discussing the principles of compensation administration. All of these are discussed in order to achieve the organization's goal of maintaining and improving performance oriented towards quality and customer service, fulfilling a sense of justice, controlling costs, and in line with various laws and government regulations regarding wages and employment.
