Deskripsi MK       : This course is a study of the concept of corporate financial management related to working capital policy, accounts receivable, inventory, long-term financing, planning and budgeting, capital structure, dividend policy, mergers and acquisitions. The learning methods used are lectures, small group discussions (Buzz Group), and assignments using the drill method.
