Precondition Course: Introduction to Management and Introduction to Business
Deskripsi MK       : This course discusses the basic concepts of strategic management, how to design corporate strategies. It discusses the strategic management process, how to analyze and diagnose the company's internal and external environment, and the preparation of SWOT to determine strategic options in order to achieve organizational goals. Furthermore, students are equipped with how to translate
strategies into implementation plans and strategy evaluation.
